FiCCC aids startups and SMEs to build competencies and find the talent they need by linking them to tailored training, targeted skill-building, and promotion opportunities. 
FiCCC enables companies to access and develop the skills they need to succeed. We identify existing skills development opportunities and make them visible, actionable, and relevant for industry.

By fostering dialogue between companies and training providers and mapping skills gaps, we help align learning with real-world needs. We support short-term and long-term workforce training planning, talent attraction, and international collaboration – ensuring businesses are ready to grow. As part of this work, FiCCC also support youth-oriented outreach activities, and share concise, practical insights for startups and SMEs through the upcoming FiCCC Growth Series.
What do we want to achieve together?

Co-creation of upskilling pathways together with educators and academic partners (Kelloseppäkoulu, Omnia, TAU, AALTO, University of Oulu).

Active dialogue with other European CCC’s, education and training providers and European iniatives​ such as Alliance of Chips Competence Centres for Enhanced semiconductor services.
