With previous experience as a systems architect, combined with his education and work experience in the semiconductor industry, Pasi can offer insight on technology trends as well as national and EU level developments in the industry.
Pasi works as the director at FiCCC and is responsible for managing the operations of the competence center.

Tapani has extensive practical experience with embedded systems, their manufacturing and commercialization, as well as a strong understanding of the opportunities in the semiconductor industry from a business perspective. He has years of experience in project management and product development both in Finland and abroad, working with companies including Polar, Oura, Etteplan, and Elektrobit.
At FiCCC, Tapani’s area of expertise is supporting and assisting companies with financing and business-related matters.
